Wanted - Non-Executive and Executive Directors for Corporate Finance boutique applying to become Nominated Advisor (LSE). Capital Partners Group Ltd (www.Capital-Partners.co.uk) is a member of PLUS Markets Exchange and Sharemark Exchange (providing us with listing capabilities in several exchanges in the UK). Capital Partners Securities Ltd (our Stockbrokerage arm, http://Securities.Capital-Partners.co.uk) can also act as Nominated Broker or Nombro in AIM and the London Stock Exchange "LSE" (as an authorised appointed representative of First Equity). Capital Partners is now considering making an application to become Nominated Advisor "Nomad" in AIM (in addition to our capabilities as Nominated Broker in AIM) and we are trying to identify LSE approved executives for our application. We will create a separate and new legal entity, to be grandfathered (from FSA point of view) by Capital Partners' existing Corporate Finance licence and we will provide equal equity participation to each founding member (this will be limited to 5-6 initial members maximum to make the application for Nomad with the LSE). This application has become extremely relevant for us due to our existing pipeline and the number of opportunities in the AIM space, which we have missed in the past year. If you are interested and feel that you could become a LSE (London Stock Exchange) approved person based on your recent Corporate Finance experience with listed companies in recognised exchanges (as defined by the LSE), we would like to discuss with you joining us in this effort.
