I have long-term professional experience as an actuary, and have extensive knowledge of FCA, PRA and Stock Exchange rules and requirements. I have operated in CEO and Chairman roles in a collegiate way to build strong teams and interact with other individuals, both internally and outside a business, to achieve successful governance and outcomes.
